COVID-19 Update

Due to recent updates from the Governor’s office and recommendations from the CDC, the PAEC is now open for events at 30% capacity or 200 people, whichever is less, as long as six feet of physical distance can be maintained by all attendees. The PAEC adheres to applicable COVID-19 guidelines and requirements as determined by King County, Washington State, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will remain flexible to adjust standards and protocols as new information becomes available. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Ticketing Info

New dates in 2021 have been announced for most of our 2020 events. Prior ticket purchases will be honored at the new dates and no further action is required. While the PAEC box office is currently closed for walk-up purchases to limit physical interactions, you may purchase tickets online 24/7 at www.fwpaec.org or call Monday – Friday, 10AM – 5PM at (253) 835-7010. During this time, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. We will email patrons directly regarding the status of each performance as details are confirmed, and the most up-to-date status for each event will be available on our website. Frequent cleaning/disinfecting routines are followed during event hours, and deep cleaning/disinfecting will take place between event days and events, with a focus on restrooms and high-touch areas.
A mask  is required upon entry to the building. All staff and event attendees are required to wear face coverings while in and around the facility, including sidewalks while queueing. Masks will be provided by the PAEC or attendees may provide their own.
Hand sanitizer stations are provided near building entrances, meeting rooms, lobbies, and elevator landings. Restrooms are equipped with touchless faucets and soap dispensers. 
Room sets can be arranged to recommended physical distance of six feet between attendees. The PAEC will work with show management to develop physical distancing plans and administrative controls.
Suspension of Spectra Food Services, like self-serve buffet style food service, will be replaced by alternative service styles. A modified menu will also offer more self-contained, grab-and-go meal/snack options, with consideration of packaged, sustainable utensils.
Our Box Office and Ellingson Bar and Cafe have been equipped with no-contact card machines for minimal contact. In addition, all payments are currently cashless to further minimize contact.
Advance registration of meeting attendees and distribution of badges or event credentials is strongly encouraged.
Public (non-event) access to the building is restricted.
With events,  electronic and/or physical reminders regarding physical distancing and personal hygiene are displayed in the building
Emergency preparedness and response plans will be communicated for potential outbreaks while at the facility.
