Federal WAy Symphony

Fans of “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” know that 42 is the answer to life, the universe and everything. So, for Season 42, the Federal Way Symphony has gathered some shining stars from the universe of orchestral music.

The Federal Way Symphony is a paid, professional orchestra under the direction of newly appointed Adam Stern. Each year, the Federal Way Symphony presents a season concert series, featuring music from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern periods, as well as special concerts and events: jazz, popular, choral, holiday and educational programs.

The Symphony’s educational programs include “Symphony in the Schools” and the Masters and Mentors program.

The Federal Way Symphony is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governed by a board of directors, and committed to bringing world-class performers and music to the Federal Way community. The Symphony’s funding sources include grants, donations, special events and concert ticket sales.
