Washington Chamber Ensemble, the most advanced Korean choral group in Seattle area, will present its annual performance at the Federal Way Performing Arts and Event Center on November 14th. Since its debut at Meany Hall at the UW 10 years ago, Washington Chamber Ensemble has held various performances at many concerts including its annual concerts for past 10 years, and made a deep impression not only to the Korean but also the local community.

This year’s performance is a free concert under the title of Solace and Hope. Repertoire will include contemporary Christian Songs mainly composed by Korean young composers, popular Korean folk songs, and beloved 90’s K-pop. The performance duration will be around 1 hour 20 minutes.

Washington Chamber Ensemble is a non-profit 501(c)3 music organization founded by conductor Bob Kim. It currently has 30 auditioned members in with a wide range of ages who all share the same love and talent for chorale music, in which three paid professional section leading singers are included.
