Arts Foundations Federal Way, formerly known as the Federal Way Performing Arts Foundation, proudly unveils its transformative changes aimed at creating a more inclusive and equitable platform for the arts. With a new name that reflects its commitment to advancing the arts in Federal Way and beyond, the Foundation introduces a captivating logo symbolizing its vision for creativity, collaboration, and cultural enrichment. Complementing these changes is a refined mission statement; ‘To advance and enrich the arts to build a creative, inclusive and equitable community.’ This updated mission underscores the Foundation’s dedication to advancing and enriching arts, fostering inclusivity and equity, and building a vibrant arts community in Federal Way and the wider South Puget Sound region.


With a new name, logo, and refined mission statement, the organization is poised to ensure that Federal Way is regarded as a dynamic regional destination with high quality programs, exceptional service for all and arts education for youth. This expansion will create a ripple effect, inspiring creativity and promotion the cultural vibrancy of the entire community.
